This project focused on improving the usability of an e-commerce platform by simplifying navigation and enhancing the checkout experience.
Users were struggling to navigate the website and many abandoned their carts due to a long and confusing checkout process.
I studied competitor platforms and identified key usability issues such as unclear navigation, poor product hierarchy, and too many checkout steps.
I redesigned the structure by simplifying navigation, improving product visibility, and reducing checkout steps from multiple screens to a streamlined flow.
The final design improved clarity, reduced friction in checkout, and created a smoother overall user experience.
